How to read the Heart?

HRV can be described as the deep language of the Heart and the Nervous System. Whilst the ECG recording represents the very peak of language of the heart (written text, words, peak of the iceberg), HRV represents the unmerged major part of the iceberg kept underwater (subconscious, prosody, what lies between the lines).

Besides assessing global heart health, HRV reveals insights about its impacting factors like the autonomous nervous system (parasympathetic and sympathetic balance), central nervous interactions, endocrine system, thermoregulation, influences on hypertension (baroreceptor function and Renin-Angiotensinogen-Aldosterone System), and therefore embarks great potential for advanced clinical application in high-end medicine.
